  • Formal Consent: A written Consent and Release Waiver is required for every piece of content. This must be signed by both the content creator and an authorized representative from CMN Hospital. We do not accept verbal consent or informal agreements.

Approval Process:

  • Submission for Review: Submit all proposed media content to the Media and Marketing Department for comprehensive review.

  • Review Time: Please allow adequate time for the review process, which may include necessary revisions to ensure alignment with our hospital policies.

  • Confirmation of Approval: Once approved, you will receive a signed waiver from the Media and Marketing Department confirming that the content meets all guidelines.

Removal of Unapproved Content:

  • Immediate Action Required: Any media content that has not been approved through the correct channels must be removed immediately from all platforms.

  • Compliance Assistance: Our Media and Marketing Department is here to help ensure that all future content complies with our guidelines.
