Diagnosis Stage 4 Triple Positive Breast Cancer (ER+, PR+, HER2 Positive)

It’s hard for me to find the words of what CMN Hospital, Dr. Payan and his nurses have done for me. I will start with the amazing parts of CMN Hospital’s Advanced Cancer Treatment and end with a message to others if offered a suicide pill like I was.

They listen: I had special requests and unique needs for my diet because I was admitted not just with stage 4 breast cancer but with complications of a stomach infection. Dr. Payan and his medical team were extremely accommodating.

Extremely compassionate. CMN’s medical team are bilingual. If a staff member had a language barrier, we used Google Translate and easily worked it out.

Bone Marrow Stem Cell Therapy and Dendritic Cell Therapy were part of my treatment at CMN Hospital. Dr. Payan and his amazing team worked closely with me, combining these therapies with other treatments to heal my stage 4 triple positive breast cancer. I did my research, reviewed the scientific studies, and felt confident moving forward.

My story:

I came here with stage 4 breast cancer in Feb 2024. Given no hope here in America and being so young, only 35 with a newborn, I knew I had to find hope. Now to the point everyone wants to know—results. Within a week of being home, my tumor markers went down 85%. I was tested again in June, and my tumor markers are now 99% gone! I know everything is working, and I finally found a place where I could actually trust the advanced cancer treatment process and Dr. Payan. What I do at home now is continue the nutritional aftercare CMN Hospital sent home with me.

This review is for any young woman out there looking for hope.

There is hope at CMN Hospital. My previous United States doctor gave up on me and offered me (EOLOA) suicide pills. Research how more common this is becoming, please. Now, I have those doctors baffled that in such a short time, the cancer I had has all gone. Realistically, I understand that we are all unique, and what works for one person depends on many variables, and cancer is a complex system. If you have FAITH, and trust your doctor, the healing process can work.

Thank you, Dr. Payan, and to you and your wonderful medical team.

S. 2024 Update

Diagnosis Breast Cancer ER+, PR+ HER2 Negative

YAY! I am still cancer-free since treatment in 2011. CMN Hospital should be on everyone's list when researching for safe advanced cancer treatment. It’s advanced because it does not compromise our immune system with side effects; the treatment program is seven days a week. Dr. Payan is very serious about giving his patients the best opportunity to heal when it is impossible to have chemotherapy. I mean for some people who have cancer their cancer may not even respond to chemotherapy and may not have anywhere else to turn. CMN Hospital does offer real hope, another chance to try and heal at stage 4. Dr. Payan’s professionalism, courtesy, patience, compassion, and advanced cancer treatment make him and his medical team stand out.

Medical Condition Breast Cancer ER+ PR- HER2 Negative

Prior Treatment to CMN Hospital Radiation and Surgery

I am still cancer-free since CMN Hospital’s Advanced Cancer Treatment since 2011, All thanks to Dr. Payan and his CMN Hospital medical team! His advanced cancer treatments were top-notch and given to me daily even weekends. And guess what? They respect your privacy by offering closed doors and knocking every single time before entering. They provided everything I needed in my private room - treatments, meals, snacks, you name it! Oh, and the best part! There was no extra charge for my companion, plus they even offered to do our laundry (I may have overpacked a bit, oops! Listen to them when they say pack light).

The medical staff at CMN Hospital consistently showed incredible compassion and kindness to me and my companion. The high level of care I received went above and beyond my expectations. Let me tell you this, bedside manner? They nailed it! And when it came to pain management for my bone metastasis, they provided the absolute best care.

If you're reading this, here's my advice:

  1. Check out their treatments on their website

  2. Watch their awesome videos

  3. Read their FAQs for more information-it helps make a decision. And hey, remember to meet Dr. Payan on a video call to see if you vibe with them. It costs you nothing.

I am wishing whoever reads this complete healing and a speedy recovery!

Diagnosis Stage 4 Metastatic Male Breast Cancer, ER/PR + Her2-

Prior Treatment to CMN Surgery

Best decision ever. Didn’t know how to deal with this. Doctors wanted to cut me then use traditional drugs including chemo. Wasn't comfortable with them doing the same ole process with me. Not enough data on men.

CMN is so committed to taking care of people that Layne contacted my wife on Christmas Eve to set up a consultation.

Came to Dr. Payan and learned soooo much. Spiritual, mental, and physical health were all addressed. The team is experienced and has great bedside manners. They provided me with every treatment that they said they would. When I came home, I continued with most of the treatments that I did while there. I tried the top 2 commerically advertised hormone pills like on along with the natural treatments that I did at CMN. Hormone pills didn’t work. I continued natural treatments and doctor changed meds that target the gene. A year later my test results continue to improve. I don't have any throbbing pain from the trauma area, tumors are shrinking. I don't have, discomfort at night, I don't look sick, I actually am starting to feel like myself again.

There are no lies that something is going to magically happen. We have to find things that work for our personal body. I kept doing most of the therapies that CMN offered and I stayed "healthy" during the winter season. I believed that all of this has rebuild my immune system to fight this monster. I talk to Dr. Payne every month and during my most challenging times he always helped me get through.

Always have someone with you that can help in anyway possible. Wife came with me for my 6month refresher. She was having one of those big migraines and immediately the attention was on her. We all laughed cause Dr Payan said now "Who's the patient". The team took care of her then got me back to and my refesher. We had a good time, weather is great, people are friendly. Met a few more people that I stay in contact with.
CMN is a great place.

Diagnosis Breast Cancer ER+ PR- HER+

I chose to have a mastectomy at CMN Hospital followed by 28 days of therapies. The whole experience was excellent. I am pleased with the results of surgery. I do not have any pain or lymphedema. I am now 16 months cancer free. I continue to use selected supplements including some natural aromatase inhibitors to address the ER+ aspect. The CMN doctors and staff are all knowledgable, competent, compassionate, and kind. They treat the whole person. The facility is a very clean, small private hospital with emergency services, surgeons, cardiologists, etc. This is important for people who are very ill. A companion can stay in the room with the patient and receive meals (no extra charge). I went alone and I felt loved and safe. Patients can follow up via Skype with Dr. Payan

Can you share any important tips for anyone considering this clinic?

Call and talk with them without fear of being pushed. I like that they did not pursue me like some other facilities did after initial contact (CHIPSA Clinic Mexico was bad about this). You can Skype with Dr. Payan to ask treatment and medical questions. He is a very talented doctor and also very honest, kind and humble.

J. 2023 Update

Dr. Payan is patient, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that is faced with a cancer diagnosis. I have been continuing to do the protocols that I learned while I was a patient at CMN in 2016.

Diagnosis Stage 4 breast cancer metastasis to pleura

Prior Treatment to CMN None

If you're looking for a hospital that truly cares about you as a person, look no further than CMN Alternative Cancer Treatment Hospital. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with such compassion and care—by far the best I’ve ever experienced in any hospital. Dr. Payan, Dr. Garcia, the nursing staff, and even the kitchen staff were all incredibly attentive and made me feel like family. The hospital is the cleanest I’ve ever been in, and the entire experience was exceptional.

I started their one-month treatment program on April 3rd, 2018, staying in a private room where I received 13-15 different treatments daily, 7 days a week. Towards the end of my stay, they performed an Autonomous Stem Cell Transplant. The comprehensive care and advanced treatments offered at CMN made me feel confident that I was in the best hands possible.

Now, a bit of background—I was first diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in 2000. I underwent a radical mastectomy and had my breast rebuilt. Despite being told I wouldn’t live through the year without chemotherapy and radiation, I still refused both.

In 2016, I was in a major car accident, and by June 2017, I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer with metastasis to the pleura. The cancer was inoperable, and the doctor offered chemotherapy again, but with little hope for improvement. I went home feeling very depressed, but I wasn’t ready to give up. After researching my options, I found CMN Hospital and met Dr. Payan. I went for his advanced cancer treatment and since I returned home from CMN hospital for 4 1/2 months, I can tell you this: I feel great! I’m sure I’m cancer-free!

The care I received at CMN was truly life-changing, and I have no regrets about my decision to go there. The staff are bilingual, and the little medical town is safe to walk in, even alone. I love everything about my experience at CMN Hospital and highly, highly recommend it to anyone seeking compassionate, advanced cancer care.

I was treated for prostate cancer. Dr. Payan and his medical staff was great! When I expressed how much I missed my dog, I was touched at Dr. Payan’s thoughtfulness because he brought his therapy dog, Gigi in to spend time with me. It made a huge difference. Today, my PSA remains undetectable. I've been off of ALL of my prescriptions. I highly recommend CMN Hospital for cancer treatment.

Diagnosis Recurring Breast Cancer after initial lumpectomy

Prior Treatment Before CMN Lumpectomy

Six months after my treatment at CMN Hospital, I’m thrilled to share that both my recent CT and MRI scans are negative for any further rogue cancer cell growth. As a grandmother, this means the world to me—I want to live and help my grandchildren thrive.

I came to CMN Hospital after being diagnosed with breast cancer a year earlier. The cancer had returned after my first lumpectomy and spread to my lymph glands. Despite undergoing another surgery, I was advised to undergo chemotherapy and radiation. However, as a nurse, I had seen so much that made me feel uncomfortable with that treatment route. Changing my diet over the past year wasn’t enough, so I sought other options.

After researching programs in the US, Mexico, and Europe, I found that CMN Hospital offered the most comprehensive cancer care, including bone marrow stem cell therapy, and dendritic cell therapy which was essential for my cancer treatment to restore my immune system.

My husband, a retired Los Angeles police officer, was initially concerned about safety due to US news reports. Contrary to what we had heard, we saw none of the dangers reported in the news. It was the opposite! Our car was securely parked at the Yuma AZ Airport, and CMN hospital picked us up and brought us to CMN Hospital, just a few short block across the Mexico border. The medical personnel spoke fluent English. We never felt in danger crossing the border into Mexico or during our stay. In fact, my husband felt safer in the small town around the hospital than in Los Angeles, where we had lived most of our lives.

The advanced cancer care we received at CMN Hospital was exceptional in every way. The staff was not only professional but also deeply compassionate, making sure both my husband and I felt supported throughout the entire process. It’s an experience that left a lasting impression on us, one we are incredibly grateful for.

Diagnosis Triple Negative Breast Cancer Stage 4

Prior Treatment to CMN Chemotherapy

I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer in June 2016. One lymph node was involved, but many were removed during surgery. I underwent chemotherapy, a double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction, including nipple-sparing, and completed radiation by March 2017.

October 2017, I experienced a recurrence in my brain, specifically on the right side of the cerebellum. I underwent a craniotomy and received focused radiation treatment. Another instance occurred in 2018, with a small .5mm spot. I underwent Gamma knife treatment, but within a few months, multiple spots appeared, leading to whole brain radiation (which I wish I hadn't done). I then started taking the prap inhibitor Telezoparib and was clear for 2 years. However, recently, 1 or 2 spots measuring .3mm have reappeared.

Feeling tired of subjecting my body to conventional treatments, I came across Shannon Knight's interview with Chris Wark on Shannon’s site.  After reaching out to Shannon, I learned more about CMN and its potential benefits. It took me two years of contemplation, as I live in Dubai, and going to Mexico for a month seemed challenging. However, Shannon's experience and my Skype conversation with Dr. Payan left no doubt in my mind, and I decided to visit CMN in July 2021 for their 28-day program.

During my time at CMN, I was impressed by the exceptional care and compassion shown by the nurses, including Carlos, Erika, Itzel, and Ismael. The catering staff, Melva and Elenita, were also wonderful, as were Alma and Monica, who assisted patients with their additional needs and requirements. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Payan, who patiently answered all my questions and provided comfort and reassurance. I would also like to acknowledge Dr. Garcia, who covered for Dr. Payan when needed. The staff was available 24 hours a day (except when I pulled them away to take pictures with them), and the premises were meticulously clean, with thorough sanitization taking place 3-4 times a day.

My schedule at CMN was packed with 8-9 treatments from morning to late afternoon, keeping me occupied throughout the day. CMN was accommodating to my family members, allowing one of them to stay and eat for free in my room. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend CMN in St. Luis, Mexico, to any patient seeking alternative cancer treatment. Don’t delay like I did, please call their number and schedule a Skype consultation with Dr. Payan.

Diagnosis Breast Cancer

Prior Treatment to CMN None

After hearing my options for treatment in the US I decided to go directly to CMN for my cancer treatment. I could not be happier with the care I received there. My husband was able to stay in the room with me. Both of us have nothing but good to say. We were treated so well!I jumped into the protocol the very first day I was there. There’s not much free time. Days are filled with one treatment after another. I had a mastectomy after being there one week. I was very comfortable with everything and not nervous at all. The very next day I was back to the treatments.

Dr. Payan and his entire staff are wonderful, caring people. It’s obvious that everyone working there genuinely cares and truly believes in the work they’re doing there. When my 28 days were up, it was hard to leave and say our goodbyes to everyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Payan and CMN Hospital to anyone who doesn’t want to take the chemo/radiation route for their cancer treatment. You do have options!

Wow! Upon arriving, I was in a wheelchair, I had blurred vision, and was basically incoherent. I was greeted by Dr. Payan the moment I came through the door. I was terrified of coming because of how bad I felt but I did it! Within the first two weeks, I noticed a 95% difference in my symptoms and was up walking!

The nurses here are nothing short of amazing! My experience here is one to remember and definitely helped change my perspective, considering I was given prognosis of only 6 months to live by my oncologist at home. Dr. Payan and his staff changed my life forever and really helped me see that I can get through anything. The food is also super amazing and I’m going home with some recipes! Everyone here treats you like family, and I felt loved from day 1. No matter what we needed, it was provided for us and with absolute love!

10/10 recommend to anyone looking to heal physically and change their mental view on healing.

Cancer is not a death sentence and the treatment approach here has been a blessing! I wish there were cancer centers like this in the USA!! While my trip went by way too fast, they were incredible. They are truly amazing and considered family now. Psychological well-being is one of their top priorities in healing and that means the world to me. The food was amazing and Alma took us around to some restaurants and stores. She always makes us feels like home! I was sad to leave but it’s really an “I’ll see you later” because I’ll never say goodbye to them!

I arrived to CMN Hospital after I was given 3 months to live from US oncology doctors. All I can say is, never lose hope. CMN Hospital and the team under Dr. Payan’s leadership gave me a whole new perspective on what good cancer treatment feels like and their genuine love and faith is transparent! I felt very poor upon my arrival to CMN Hospital but within two weeks of treatment I began to feel good progress. I continued improving and upon my return home I had good overall improvement with healing cancer. I received better care than I received in the US. I think I should say that I did go to other cancer clinics that were ineffective and I think it is because stage cancer requires a hospital that offers what CMN does. It is advanced cancer treatment- for instance dendritic cell and bone marrow stem cell therapy super boosts our immune system- I thin that and everything else I received in those weeks, daily was aggressive on cancer but not toxic to the rest of my body. That is important. Dr. Payan is very competent and his staff too as well as caring towards me. I highly recommend. Never lose hope. Dr. Payan and his team gave me new perspectives and their love and faith was something all patients deserve!

I have received my 8th ALL CLEAR PET Scan! Thank you again to Dr. Payan, Dr. Garcia, and the wonderful team at CMN Hospital! I was treated for cancer at CMN Hospital in 2015 and have been doing so good! I Highly, highly recommend CMN Hospital. (Added bonus: the San Luis AZ border crossing is so quick and easy to get through, and the people in San Luis Rio Colorado are gracious and kind—such a safe little city.)

From the moment I arrived in the safe and serene town of San Luis Sonora, I felt a profound sense of hope and love that was invaluable to my recovery. The care and compassion I received at CMN created a secure and supportive environment, where I felt genuinely cared for and understood. My experience at CMN Hospital has been nothing short of life-saving. I received advanced treatments such as Bone Marrow Stem Cell Therapy, Dendritic Cell Immunotherapy, and so many other advanced cancer treatments you can read about on their website—all of which have played a huge role in my healing. Unlike chemotherapy offered in the U.S., CMN Hospitals advanced cancer treatments are innovative and safe. From the moment I arrived in the peaceful and humble town of San Luis, Rio Colorado Sonora, I felt a profound sense of hope and love that was invaluable to my recovery. The care and compassion I received at CMN created a secure and supportive environment, where I felt genuinely cared for and understood.

Even now, 2.5 years later, Dr. Payan continues to support me through monthly video calls, demonstrating his compassion and commitment to my well-being. The combination of CMN Hospital’s advanced cancer treatments, their belief in God, and their non-toxic approach has truly transformed my life. I'm very happy to share that I recently had my 6th ALL-CLEAR pet scan! They have made all the difference in my healing journey, and I am forever grateful to them and to God.

Diagnosis Neurological Lyme Disease

Prior Treatment to CMN Biological therapy

It has been exactly a year since I received treatment at CMN Hospital. As such, I feel that my review serves as a solid reference for those seeking a treatment facility. Instead of rushing to write it immediately, I wanted to take the time to provide an honest assessment of this establishment.

Upon arriving in Mexico, the process was seamless. A CMN representative greeted me right outside the Yuma terminal in a clean, brand-new vehicle. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she made the journey to the hospital effortless. Crossing the border was a breeze thanks to their fast access pass exclusively for patients.

CMN, located in a small and charming town, immediately captured my heart with its serene and tranquil surroundings. The facility itself had a cozy outdoor patio where patients could relax during their stay. As I made my way upstairs, I found myself in a dedicated wing for patients like me, offering seclusion and utmost comfort. My private suite had  a personal TV, AC unit, and a fully equipped bathroom, making it a quiet, clean, and comfortable sanctuary.

The CMN staff warmly greeted me, showing kindness and compassion throughout my entire stay. Fluent in both English and Spanish, they effectively communicated every aspect of my treatment and patiently addressed any questions or concerns I had.

The first week presented some challenges. I harbored doubts and found it difficult to be in the right frame of mind. After years of battling an illness, I had become bitter and felt that hope was dwindling. Moreover, as the treatment commenced, I experienced flare-ups, migraines, and general malaise. However, I understood that these were signs of my body responding to the treatment, so I practiced patience. The staff did everything possible to ensure my comfort during this time, offering round-the-clock support.

Moving into the second week, I began to feel a significant improvement. My energy levels increased, and I actively participated in group therapy and individual sessions to address my mental well-being. CMN's holistic approach emphasizes the healing of the mind, body, and soul.

The daily routine, starting at 7 am and lasting until 8 or 9 pm, left no room for breaks. This dedication to healing resonated with me as it aligned with the purpose of being there. The meals were exceptional, freshly prepared daily, and tailored to individual preferences while maintaining a focus on healthy eating. I truly felt like I was at a 5-star resort, both in terms of treatment and nourishment.

During my downtime, I would frequent the community room, which offered a comfortable couch, art therapy, yoga, a small exercise section, and a television. Some days, I would immerse myself in painting, while other days I would practice yoga or ride the stationary bicycle.

Throughout the weekdays, I had the privilege of being visited by Dr. Payan, a compassionate and dedicated individual. He patiently explained the next steps in my treatment, answered my questions, interpreted lab results, and was open to conducting additional tests to alleviate any doubts. On weekends and during the night, Dr. Garcia attended to my needs with equal care and expertise.

Having a holistic and natural approach to healing, I appreciated how CMN respected my practices. Once, I woke up with an excruciating migraine, and despite my preference for holistic remedies, the pain became unbearable. The nurse promptly entered my room and offered painkillers. I explained my preference but agreed to a minimal dosage considering the severity of the pain. The nurse had no issue accommodating my request and administered the medicine intravenously.

I sought treatment at CMN Hospital for neurological Lyme Disease after trying various protocols, herbs, and Western medicine options. While some treatments provided temporary relief, the disease always found its way back into my life after a few weeks. I had spent a considerable amount of money chasing a cure, hope, and wellness. In retrospect, I wish I had made the decision to go to CMN sooner. Over a year has passed since then, and I have not experienced any flare-ups. Perhaps I am in remission, or perhaps I achieved exactly what I set out to do - rid myself of the dis-ease and truly heal. CMN Hospital played an integral role in this journey, as every treatment proved beneficial and their gentle, kind approach worked wonders.

While at CMN, the number of patients never exceeded eight. I had the opportunity to meet an incredible woman from the Netherlands who was fighting cancer, as well as two other women from the United States in similar battles.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention the amazing staff members who contributed to my healing journey. Raquel and Celia took care of cleaning, America and Rosa handled laundry, and Carmen, Elena, and Nadia worked tirelessly in the kitchen. Additionally, the nurse crew including Itzel, Karen, Marixa, Ishmel, Alma, Carlos, Erika, and Luis provided exceptional care.

Allow me to conclude this review with my favorite quote from the father of medicine, Hippocrates: "If someone wishes for good health, one must first ask oneself if he is ready to do away with the reasons for his illness. Only then is it possible to help him."

If you are struggling with the decision to seek treatment at CMN, please reach out to me via email. I am here to assist you in determining if this is the right facility for your needs. Feel free to contact me at alivewithlyme@gmail.com. I will always make time for you. Remember, regardless of the disease we face, it all begins with our immune system and blood, which is precisely what CMN focuses on during our time there.

Diagnosis Stage 4 Cervical Cancer

Prior Treatment to CMN Chemotherapy

I’m from The Netherlands and I travelled alone.
They picked me up from the hotel in Yuma. Arriving at the hospital 26 August 2019, treatment started immediately, 28 days in a row.
Very friendly, compassionate and professional
If the treatment worked, time will tell. When I went there I had no cancer activity, still not.
If you want to read my full story, you can find me on Facebook as Jolanda Trendafilosofa.

*Other improvements:
My tinnitus (ears) disappeared. I feel better overall. Not sensitive to vibrations and noises anymore. I did not always feel well when I was at the hospital; even when I got home, it took me weeks, but I do feel good now. I am very sensitive to treatments.

Diagnosis Stage 4 Breast Cancer

Prior Treatment to CMN Chemotherapy

I am absolutely amazed. If you’re wondering what the right decision is, CMN Hospital is it.

My wife has been battling stage 4 breast cancer for the past 9 years, enduring numerous surgeries, rounds of chemotherapy, and radiation treatments. By the time we arrived at CMN Hospital on August 22, 2019, she was barely able to walk without a cane, had lost over 20 pounds, and had completely lost her appetite. Even a short walk of more than 30 minutes would exhaust her.

Our connection with CMN Hospital began with a Skype video consultation with Dr. Payan. After extensive research, we knew this was the ideal place for her. Unlike other facilities, CMN Hospital is a fully-fledged medical institution, not just a clinic. The moment we arrived, we were struck by the impeccable cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted at Yuma Airport in Arizona and promptly began the treatments upon arrival.

The treatments covered everything we could have hoped for, running from 7 am until 6 pm or later each day. The results were astounding. Just two days after our arrival, my wife amazed us all by walking the entire day without her cane. Initially, we thought it might be a coincidence, but now, more than 30 days later, she continues to move around without it. Her appetite has returned, and she is enjoying the delicious, freshly-prepared meals at the hospital.

During our stay, we had private quarters, which were cleaned twice a day. The whole place shines, and the staff never stop cleaning. Laundry was done anytime we asked—it’s full service. We didn’t have to think about anything except her getting well. We made lots of new friends, and the staff genuinely cared about her recovery.

The hope and healing we found at CMN have renewed our spirits. For anyone feeling lost or out of options, know that there is always hope. The care here is compassionate, and the treatments are designed to help the body and spirit heal together. We are deeply grateful and hopeful for the future.

M 2020 update

Diagnosis: Breast Cancer ER Positive, PR Negative, and HER2 Negative

I am now 16 months cancer-free. I chose to have a mastectomy at CMN Hospital in 2018 because I saw the value in better healing by staying inpatient for 4 weeks. Immediately after surgery, I received Dr. Payan’s 28-day Advanced Cancer Treatment program, which helped boost my immune system and support my healing process. My entire experience was excellent, and I am very happy with the results of the surgery. I do not suffer from any pain or lymphedema.

A video call with Dr. Payan is a smart choice! Making that first contact with him was very comfortable—he gave me all the time I needed to ask anything about his treatments and discuss all my concerns with him about wanting to heal. He is an extremely knowledgeable doctor with a healthy confidence. He was always honest, kind, humble, and genuine, never making any unrealistic or unethical promises about success.

If you’re looking for cancer treatment, add CMN Hospital in your search—especially for advanced-stage cancers. One thing I really appreciated was the respect for my privacy after meeting Dr. Payan in a video consultation. Their office administrator asked me if I wanted a call back to check in with them and explained why they ask. They said that it’s unethical for them to follow up with patients after providing all the program and cost information—it’s a sales tactic not meant for anyone who is already dealing with a stressful time in their life. Instead, they assured me they were available for any further questions and encouraged me to reach out if I decided to be admitted as a patient.

True to their word, they didn’t pressure or pursue me like some other cancer centers did after my initial contact. It was a huge relief not to be bombarded with follow-up calls. CHIPSA, on the other hand, wouldn’t stop calling me, which only added to my stress. Let’s face it—when we’re searching for treatment, constant pressure is the last thing we need at such a critical time.

CMN Hospital’s physicians and staff are extremely knowledgeable, competent, and compassionate. Their approach to healing is truly advanced and comprehensive, addressing the mind, body, and spirit. The hospital itself is spotless and provides a more private, intimate environment, yet is fully equipped with emergency services, ICU, surgeons, cardiologists, and other specialists.

What stands out the most is that Dr. Payan personally follows up with me each month via Skype. It’s not his staff—it’s him directly, which makes a big difference in the level of care and connection.

For those dealing with advanced-stage metastatic cancer, especially when the disease has spread to vital organs and bones, this is definitely a place to consider. I went alone and felt very loved and safe throughout my stay. If I had chosen to bring a companion, they could have stayed with me in my room at no additional cost. They would have received meals and a bed in the room with me, which is a comforting option.

Prior Treatment to CMN None

My expectations were high when I arrived at CMN Hospital, especially knowing that a special family member had been treated here successfully for stage 4 cancer. It’s been 3 years for me without chemo or radiation, which I had decided would be a last resort if I ever became desperate.

I was picked up from Yuma, AZ, and within minutes of crossing the border, I arrived at the hospital. CMN Hospital is a fully staffed medical facility with radiology, operating rooms, an ER, a pharmacy, and even a chapel. The moment I checked in, I was taken to my room, which had a soothing ambiance and friendly staff ready to begin my treatment.

During my 28-day stay, I received bone marrow stem cell therapy, ozone therapy, and a variety of other treatments. The care was exceptional—Dr. Payan and his team were always positive, attentive, and genuinely invested in my well-being. They emphasized hydration, provided organic meals, and ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay.

The hospital also offered private outings when I felt up to it, taking patients out for shopping or dining at local Mexican restaurants. I left with a three-month supply of treatments and the peace of mind knowing that I could reach out to the staff anytime. If my family ever faces a serious illness, CMN Hospital will be our choice.

Prior Treatment to CMN Radiation

I was very pleased with the care that I received at CMN Hospital. The staff was wonderful, and the food was outstanding. What stood out to me the most wasn't just the care I received, but the way they treated my wife, who is blind and was initially very anxious about going to Mexico.

For four weeks, they treated her with love and compassion, making her feel completely safe. She realized after just a few days that there isn’t a hospital in America that could have made her feel more comfortable than she felt there. She was especially impressed by how the staff would come in three times a day to clean our room, and before anyone entered, they would always touch her gently and let her know what they were about to do.

I cannot thank Dr. Payan and his team enough for the care that me and my wife received.

An Experience like no other!

From the day we were picked up to the time we were dropped off at the airport, we were treated like familia. I was treated like I mattered, that my life was important, my opinion was important—no matter what question I had or if there was something extra I needed, it was always provided. All the staff at CMN—from the groundskeeper to the nurses, doctors, and everyone in between—are rockstars. Even though I live far away, I will be taking them home with me in my heart; they are my family now.

I cannot stress enough how important it is for the mind and heart to be treated the way I was treated at CMN. It was just as important as the treatments themselves. CMN 1 million percent provides the full circle of care needed to heal.

As for the treatments—there is a full spectrum of them, completed every day, 7 days a week. It’s a full day from the first week to the last, and while I can’t explain it in words, I feel better. Nothing is 100% guaranteed, but I know I will never regret my decision to come to CMN. I know what the outcome is with conventional treatment, and I had nothing to lose by choosing to treat my body in a way that allows it to do what it is supposed to do.

The staff at CMN Hospital is truly amazing. Their care and dedication are evident in everything they do. The hospital itself is extremely clean, and the town is small and safe, which added to my comfort during my stay.

One of the things that stood out to me was how they used every day of my stay effectively, even weekends. They also took me on regular outings, which was a nice touch. When I arrived, I was on four reflux medications per day, as well as tramadol around the clock for pain. Remarkably, after just three days, I was able to stop the reflux meds, and within a week, I no longer needed the pain meds. I want to emphasize that there was no pressure to stop any medications—the decision was entirely mine, and the staff was incredibly supportive.

My labs were checked regularly, and any issues that came up were promptly treated. For example, I had a UTI that was caught and treated before I even experienced any symptoms. Dr. Payan is incredible—he’s not only competent and encouraging but also open to questions about his methods. He has scientific reasons for everything he does, which gave me great confidence in my treatment.

Prior Treatments BeforeCMN Chemotherapy

I arrived at CMN Hospital in very poor condition, but within a couple of weeks, I began to make good progress. The improvement continued even after I returned home, and I experienced significant overall progress with the cancer. The care I received at CMN was far better than what I had experienced in the US. The staff is incredibly competent and caring, and their dedication is truly remarkable.

I was so impressed with the care I received that I returned a year later for a follow-up. When I first arrived at CMN, I had been given only three months to live by my doctors in the US, but Dr. Payan and his team offered me new perspectives and a renewed sense of hope. Their love and faith were transparent, and they provided me with the care and support I desperately needed.

I highly recommend CMN Hospital. Never lose hope!

Prior Treatment to CMN Chemotherapy

I didn’t know what to expect when I arrived at CMN Hospital. After enduring six months of very strong chemotherapy in the US—with severe side effects and no improvement—I truly thought I was going to die. Desperate to find a better way, I searched for alternatives and discovered CMN Hospital. I’ve always believed in alternative care over conventional treatments, and I’m so grateful I found this place.

Dr. Payan is the nicest, most caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met—and I have met a lot of doctors. Alma was wonderful and has become a lifelong friend. The entire staff was just as incredible, providing care and support that I couldn’t have imagined.

CMN Hospital changed my life, and I will always be thankful for the care and kindness I received.
